Do you ship overseas?

Yes, We do ship all over the world. International Customers outside Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, kindly get shipping quote before shopping. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on shipping service you choose at the time of checkout and also your location Orders processed here will take 2 to 4 business days to arrive after  dispatch. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We mostly used Royal Mail for our all national and International orders. If we choose any other courier service, will notify our customers with tracking details. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Item Not Received

We tried our best and dispatch all our orders same day we receive but sometimes delayed happens due to unavailability of stock (Colours, Flavors). We inform our customer via email and wait for reply if need any change in order. Your parcel may lost in transit by Royal Mail but you do not need to worry about as we are here to help, will track your item and after confirmation of lost item by Royal Mail, we will issue a replacement or refund as per your request but in this situation, we expect your support and cooperation by giving us time to sort these issue.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can if your parcels is still with us and is in awaiting dispatch, you can request to cancel your order without any administration cost but if we have already dispatched your order and you want to return the item back for change of mind or any related reason, then you will have to bear the return postage cost. Also we will deduct the postage cost we paid to post you.

Can I return my product?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. Kindly read our Returns & Refund Policy before sending the item back.
