Order Processing Time:

All orders placed before 2 Pm Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. Next day delivery does not guaranteed if order placed on Friday unless paid for Saturday Guaranteed.

Return Conditions

A pre-paid return label will be provided for approved returns. If the item is being returned for reasons other than damage or fault, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund amount.

How to Return an Item

• Print and attach the provided return label.
• Drop the parcel off at the specified courier location.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement and notify you by email.

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 working days after the returned item has been received and approved.
