At Vape4World LTD, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and our process for returns, refunds, replacements, and faulty items.

This policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Health Warnings.

1. Important Age Restriction

Our products are intended only for customers aged 18 years or over. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally entitled to purchase age-restricted vaping products. UK law prohibits the sale of vaping products to anyone under 18, and retailers are expected to operate suitable age-verification policies. (GOV.UK)

2. Your Right to Return if You Change Your Mind

If you are a UK consumer buying online, you usually have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you receive your goods, without giving a reason. After telling us you want to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods. (GOV.UK)

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For health protection and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once they have been opened, unsealed, used, filled, or otherwise tampered with, where the legal cancellation exception applies to sealed goods not suitable for return after unsealing. (Legislation.gov.uk)

This may include, for example:

  • opened e-liquids
  • opened pods or cartridges
  • opened coils
  • opened clearomisers / atomisers
  • opened vape kits where sealed packaging has been broken and return is unsuitable for hygiene reasons

4. Condition of Returned Goods

If you are returning goods because you changed your mind, they must be:

  • unused
  • unopened or unsealed only to the extent permitted by law
  • in original packaging
  • in resaleable condition

You must not handle the goods more than would reasonably be allowed in a physical shop. If returned goods show excessive handling, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value, as allowed under UK distance-selling rules. (GOV.UK)

5. How to Return an Item

Please include:

  • your full name
  • your order number
  • your full return address
  • the reason for return
  • clear photos, if the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect

Returned items should be sent to our Returns Address.

We recommend using a tracked or signed-for postal service for returns, especially for higher-value items, because we cannot process a refund until the item is received back or you provide acceptable proof of return. 6. Who Pays Return Postage

6.1 If You Changed Your Mind

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return postage cost unless we state otherwise.

6.2 If the Item Is Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect, or Misdescribed

If we sent you:

  • a faulty item
  • a damaged item
  • the wrong item
  • an item not as described

We will normally cover the reasonable cost of return postage or provide a return label, where appropriate. Consumers keep statutory rights where goods are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described. (Legislation.gov.uk)

7. Faulty Items and Warranty Position

Electronic cigarette devices and components can develop faults. Where a product develops a genuine manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible.

Our limited warranty generally covers electrical or mechanical faults in eligible devices under normal use during the applicable warranty period.

The warranty does not cover:

  • accidental damage
  • misuse
  • improper charging
  • liquid damage caused by misuse
  • damage caused by dropping the item
  • normal wear and tear
  • damage caused by unauthorized modification
  • consumable / perishable items unless faulty on arrival or otherwise required by law

Consumable and hygiene-sensitive items such as coils, pods, cartridges, clearomisers, and e-liquids may have restricted return rights once opened, except where faulty or not as described.

8. Dead on Arrival (DOA), Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Page or info@vape4world.co.uk.

Please provide:

  • your order number
  • a description of the problem
  • photographs of the item and packaging, where relevant

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer:

  • a replacement
  • an exchange
  • a repair, where applicable
  • a refund

9. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Where a consumer validly cancels an online order, the trader generally must reimburse payments no later than 14 days after receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that the goods were sent back, whichever is earlier. (Legislation.gov.uk)

Refunds may be reduced:

  • if goods have been handled more than necessary
  • if part of a bundle or promotion is not returned and pricing is affected
  • to reflect the basic delivery cost only, rather than any premium delivery option chosen by the customer, where allowed by law and where the return is due to change of mind (GOV.UK)

10. Delivery Charges and Non-Refundable Costs

If you are returning goods because you changed your mind:

  • we may refund the standard delivery charge only, not any upgraded or express delivery charge, where applicable under UK rules (GOV.UK)
  • return postage remains your responsibility unless we state otherwise

If the return is due to our error or a faulty / misdescribed product, we will normally refund the relevant delivery and return postage costs.

11. Sale Items

Sale or discounted items may still qualify for return or refund in line with your legal rights. We do not exclude your statutory rights just because an item was on sale.

Where a valid return is accepted for a discounted item, the refund will normally be based on the amount actually paid.

12. Exchanges

We may offer an exchange where:

  • the item is faulty
  • the wrong item was supplied
  • an alternative replacement has been agreed

13. Late or Missing Refunds
