At Vape4World LTD, we aim to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly and securely as possible. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

If you require delivery outside the UK, please contact us before placing your order. Any international or special-location delivery request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Age-Restricted Products

By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We may carry out age-verification checks before dispatch, and delivery partners may request proof of age on delivery. Where age verification cannot be completed successfully, we may delay, cancel, or refuse the order. 3. Shipping Methods

Available delivery options will be shown at checkout and may vary depending on your order size, weight, destination, and courier availability.

We may use trusted delivery partners such as:

  • Royal Mail
  • DPD
  • EVRI

4. Order Processing

We aim to process orders promptly, usually within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed on weekends, bank holidays, or outside normal processing hours may be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods, promotional periods, adverse weather, or where additional verification is required, processing times may be longer.

5. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Typical UK delivery timeframes may vary depending on the selected shipping method, courier service, and delivery location. Deliveries to remote areas, Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, or other extended-service zones may take longer than standard mainland UK delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • courier operational issues
  • weather disruption
  • incorrect customer details
  • failed age-verification checks
  • events outside our reasonable control

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method selected and the destination of your order.

Your total order cost will be displayed before payment and may include:

  • product price
  • applicable VAT, where relevant
  • delivery charges

Any additional charges applied by third parties after dispatch, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Tracking

Where a tracked delivery service is selected or provided, tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that some lower-cost delivery services may not include full tracking.

8. Incorrect Address Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery information is correct at the time of ordering.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, loss, or additional charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate delivery details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, any re-delivery costs may be charged to the customer.

9. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may:

  • leave the parcel in a safe place where permitted
  • attempt re-delivery
  • redirect the parcel to a collection point
  • return the parcel to us

10. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vape4world.co.uk.

To help us investigate, we may ask for:

  • your order number
  • photographs of damaged goods or packaging
  • confirmation of the issue
  • any supporting courier information

We will work with the courier to investigate the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy.

11. Delivery Restrictions

Some products may be subject to delivery restrictions due to legal, safety, or courier rules.

We reserve the right to:

  • restrict delivery of certain products to certain locations
  • change courier services where necessary
  • cancel orders where delivery is not possible or lawful

12. Risk and Title

Unless otherwise required by law, responsibility for goods passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided in your order.
