Due to changes in Royal Mail's delivery policy, we are unable to offer this delivery service for orders containing three or more batteries. This includes external power batteries.

We apologize for this inconvenience, however DPD delivery option remains available.

We cannot cover the cost of replacing or resending items sent to an incorrect address. Bank Holidays

All orders placed over bank holidays will not be dispatched until the next working day. You may receive a notification saying that your items have been shipped outside of these times, but this does not mean that has been collected by the courier, this is to indicate that your order is awaiting collection by the courier.
